ROTTAMA ITALIA - PERCHÉ IL DECRETO SBLOCCA-ITALIA È UNA MINACCIA PER LA DEMOCRAZIA E PER IL NOSTRO FUTURO

Paper/Screen convergence, 2014

The so-called Unlock-Italy decree, considered anti-constitutional by jurists such as Ferdinando Imposimato, Paolo Maddalena, Giovanni Losavio, became law in Italy on 11 November 2014, following an ambiguous bi-partisan vote. The decree contradicts the constitutional principle concerning the protection of the public heritage, and strengthens the level of debt hidden under ostensible public-private partnerships. This free ebook – available in pdf, epub, and mobi-Kindle formats – features a critical analysis of a law that is expected to burden Italian politics, economy, and environment starting in 2015.

Seedversity

Webdocumentary, 2014

A journey into biodiversity, in six parts of the world, six different climates, six different agricultural zones: West Africa, Ethiopia, Iran, Russia, Italy, France.
This is an inquiry into the origins of seeds and the importance of genetic biodiversity, to preserve food sovereignty and identity, to ensure autonomy from the international markets, to encourage the sustainable development of natural resources. Moreover, farming based on the use of local seeds prevents recourse to chemical products and damage to the earth.

The ten episodes explain the history of the native Inuits, the local culture, hunting, music, climate problems and scientific research.
The engrossing interactive aspect of the documentary gives the viewer the opportunity to dip into the polar seas and move around at 360° within the video. The narration and the logbook are enhanced with interactive maps and photographs to trace the sailboat's route.

TRANCEMEDIA.EU/Screen :
A REVIEW OF INTERACTIVE FACTUAL CONTENT, FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO REDISCOVER REALITY THROUGH THE EMERGING MEDIA.

Why - We all need a trance back to reality. Building awareness, both about reality through the media and the reality of new media, is the first step to innovation; from here we can build future content.
What - What you find here are reviews and links to selected interactive-and-factual achievements from all around the world. The content originates from transmedia audiovisual producers, independent press agencies, publishers, large institutions as well as informal garage teams. All that our users and our team have found either inspirational or informational.
Who - You don't need to be in the media business to enjoy the screenings; curiosity about reality and its representations is all you need. If you work in media - film or publishing or journalism and webjournalism or communication - the website can help you cut time in your search for this type of content.
How - The Trancemedia.eu database grows steadily every day. Now you can consult all the content in the homepage and make searches with no restrictions. Use the tag clouds and the search tool to look for specific themes and formats. Please note that the Studio area is a co-operative tool dedicated to media companies and professionals.
When - Trancemedia.eu/Screen is updated daily, its homepage is thus continuously changing. The search functions will help you find something you may not find in the same location as the last time you consulted.
Where - We work from Turin, the first cinema-industry city in the world, with colleagues from all over the world.
With whose help - We thank all our users who send us suggestions; all producers and authors who indicate their accomplishments to us; all the visitors who scold us for a mistake. Each of you is welcome to help. Each help will be acknowledged.
We apologize for any technical difficulties you may encounter (and thank you for pointing them out to us at fertrights@trancemedia.eu): Trancemedia is under construction.

WE REMIND YOU THAT:

1. Multi-level tag clouds are available for quicker searches in an ever growing database.

2. The advertising spaces (upright banners at the right of the screen) are available. If interested send requests to: fertrights@trancemedia.eu Re: Trancemedia advertising.

3. The procedure to change a lost password is active.
