Bologna's railway yard, the Officine Grandi Riparazioni, and its legacy

The workers of the Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Bologna repaired and refitted train cars from all over Italy, exposing themselves to asbestos when removing it from train cars. Hundreds of people have died and continue to die in a silent massacre. Their stories are kept alive in the small museum created by one of the train yard employees. [eb - hj]
